Fixtures for the first round of the U7 Trophy Event have now been published.
The Winter Trophy Event will now be held over two weekends, with fixtures played at the home team’s ground. FA rules state that U7s can play two trophy events during the season, lasting a maximum of two weeks each This will be achieved with teams competing in groups of 4. All teams will have fixtures in both weeks; the two winning teams from week1 will play against each other in week 2 and the 2 losing teams from week 1 will play each other in week 2.
Week 1 fixtures are scheduled for 13th February and week 2 fixtures will be played on 27th February. The winning team from each group will receive a small trophy memento. In line with FA rules, The Competition (North Wilts League) and Clubs are permitted to collect and publish results for trophy events.
