The Wiltshire County FA are delivering Stepping Over the Sidelines, a free introductory coaching programme for women aged 18+ who want to explore volunteering or coaching in grassroots football.

The programme is aimed at women with little or no playing or coaching experience and is designed to remove barriers such as not knowing the rules or lacking the confidence to coach.

To reduce travel time and increase access we are hosting the programme in three venues across Wiltshire:·

Sarum Academy, Salisbury: 23rd March 6-8pm & 14th April 6-8pm· Wiltshire FA, Devizes: 13th April 6-8pm & 28th April 6-8pm· New College, Swindon: 11th May 6-8pm & 18th May 6-8pm

Growing the number of female role models is vital for the game to continue to grow, and this programme provides a practical starting point to support more women stepping into these leadership roles.
